Annette Fortier has lived in the Imperial Valley her whole life and has been a licensed California real estate professional since 1990. She owns Real Estate and Development Services, a broker-owned company in Brawley, which means the person you talk to first is the person who handles your sale start to finish.

Almost all of Annette's clients come from past clients and their families. That's the business she wants: people who were sent by someone who trusted her, and who she'll still be talking to years after closing.

She has handled homes at every price in the Valley — from fixer-uppers to the most expensive houses in town — and knows Brawley, El Centro, Imperial, Calexico, and Holtville street by street.
