What we collect

When you ask for a home valuation or contact us, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the property address, your timeline, and the reason you're thinking of selling. If you tick the consent box, we record that, when, and the exact wording you agreed to.

Our hosting and email providers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, time). We do not run advertising trackers or sell-side cookies on this site today; if that changes, this policy will say so first.

If you arrived from a postcard, email, or link with tracking codes in the address bar, we record which one so we know what reached you.

How we use it

To answer your request: Annette prepares your valuation personally and reaches you by phone or email. With your consent we may also text you.

To keep in touch as a past or prospective client: occasional market updates, check-ins, and mailings. You can stop any of these at any time.

To meet our legal duties as a licensed brokerage, including record-keeping the California Department of Real Estate requires.

Text messages

We text only people who agreed to it on this site or in writing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying or selling with us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we never have.

Service providers who act on our instructions: our website host, the email service that delivers your request to us, and, once we use one, our client-relationship system. Each may use your information only to provide that service to us.

When a transaction requires it: escrow, title, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to your sale or purchase, as you direct.

When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details stay in our records while we work with you and for a reasonable time after, so we can pick up where we left off. Transaction files are kept for at least three years after closing, as California real estate law requires.

Your rights

California residents may ask us what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it), and ask that we not sell or share it. We don't sell or share it, but you may still tell us.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We'll confirm it's you, usually by replying to the email or phone number we have on file, and respond within the time the law allows. We will never treat you differently for making a request.

You may name someone to make a request for you; we'll ask for proof that you authorized them.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
