ivreds.com describes our real estate services in Imperial County, California, and lets you ask us for a home valuation or a call back. It is general information about our services, not advice about your specific situation.

Nothing on this site creates an agency, brokerage, or client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and we sign a written agreement, such as a listing agreement or a buyer representation agreement.

Home valuations

A valuation we send you is a broker's opinion of likely market value based on the information you gave us and recent sales we can see. It is not an appraisal, not a guarantee of a sale price, and not a substitute for a licensed appraisal, an inspection, or legal or tax advice.

Market conditions change. A valuation is current as of the date we send it.

What you agree to when you submit a form

You confirm that you are at least 18, that the information you give is accurate and yours to share, and that you have the authority to inquire about the property you name.

If you tick the text-message box, you agree to receive texts as described on the form and in our Privacy Policy. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. If you ask for a call, a person will call the number you gave in the window you chose.

Don't submit anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful, and don't use automated tools to send forms.
